Cold Ashton Parish Council is a statutory consultee on planning matters for the Parish. This means we [as a Council] are asked to voice an opinion on:
- Planning Applications that are within the Parish
- Planning Appeals that relate to Planning Applications within the Parish
- Planning policy issues such as those related to the South Gloucestershire Local Plan or that might relate to issues such as the Cold Ashton Village Conservation Area
We discuss planning matters at our Ordinary Parish meetings to which all members of the public are invited to attend.
